GRYPAS-AI checks, at your request, whether your mobile device shows indications of surveillance software (stalkerware/spyware), by analysing its network traffic for a limited period (10 or 20 minutes) via a temporary secure connection profile (VPN) that you install and remove yourself. Deliverable: a technical report in PDF with a cryptographic integrity seal (SHA-256).
The service is provided exclusively to persons over 18 years of age. By using it you declare that you are an adult. We do not knowingly collect data of minors.
Before each scan you expressly declare that you are the owner or lawful user of the device being scanned; this declaration is recorded with a timestamp. Use of the service on another person's device without their knowledge and express consent is strictly prohibited — such an act may constitute a criminal offence under Greek law (indicatively Article 370A et seq. of the Greek Penal Code). The service does not operate covertly: the VPN profile is visible on the device. Where abuse is identified or seriously suspected, we may suspend the service without compensation and without refund of amounts paid, reserving all rights.
It does not install software on your device; it does not access your files, messages, photos or calls; it does not decrypt encrypted traffic (no certificate is installed — decryption is technically impossible); it does not record the content of communications; it does not retain raw traffic; it does not monitor you outside the scan window that you initiate.
Please read carefully: Detection of surveillance software is inherently probabilistic. (a) The absence of indications does NOT prove that the device is "clean" — software that was inactive during the scan or that uses unknown techniques may not be detected. (b) The presence of indications is NOT proof of compromise — it may be caused by a legitimate application with similar behaviour (false positive). (c) The scan covers only the specific time window. (d) If you are in a situation of danger, do not rely solely on the result — consult a specialist or the authorities.
The service is provided with due care, without warranty of any specific result. We are not liable for decisions or actions taken by you or third parties on the basis of the report, nor for interruptions beyond our sphere of influence. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence, to the fee of the specific service. No liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law is limited hereby.
The report sets out technical indications and constitutes technical documentation suitable as supporting material in legal proceedings. It does not constitute an expert opinion, legal advice or a definitive finding. Before taking serious decisions, consult a lawyer and/or a digital forensics specialist.
Access is provided via a unique link of limited validity. You must safeguard the link; we are not liable for third-party access made possible by your own sharing of it.
The price is displayed before completion of the order and includes VAT. As a consumer you are in principle entitled to withdraw within 14 days (Greek Law 2251/1994); where you request immediate performance and the service is fully performed, this right is extinguished, subject to the express consent and acknowledgement you provide at the time of ordering. Where the scan cannot be completed for technical reasons attributable to us, you are entitled to a free repeat scan or, if that is not possible, a full refund.
The analysis methodology, software, trademarks and website content belong to the Company. The report is provided for your personal use, including submission to authorities and courts. Greek law applies; the courts of Athens have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
